We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centered products that align with client needs and contribute to our agency’s brand portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life, while reporting directly to the business owner.

Client Projects: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, conducting research and user testing to inform design decisions.

Concept Development: Generate innovative product ideas and concepts, creating high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate your vision.

Design Execution: Produce detailed design specifications and assets for development, ensuring final products align with user needs and business goals.

Business Acumen: Understand business concepts and marketing strategies to inform design decisions and enhance product value.
Brand Development: Contribute to the creation and evolution of our agency’s own brand products, ensuring consistency in design language and user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure that designs are feasible, functional, and delivered on time.

Learning & Adaptation: Be open to learning new skills, including building websites on various platforms to expand your design capabilities.

Feedback and Iteration: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, iterating on designs based on insights and findings.

Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.

Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in UI and product design, preferably at a senior level in an agency setting.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including client work and personal projects.

Proficiency in Figma and other design tools; experience with website platforms is a plus.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.

Business-savvy mindset with an understanding of marketing strategies and concepts.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
